  • How to do settlement?
    1. Go to “Owner” Mode and Scroll to the left on quick actions panel.​
    2. Tap Cash Out
    3. Tap Select recipient
    4. Tap  '+' on the top right  and type 'fin_support' and tap Search.
    5. Select 'fin_support' from the search results.
    6. Enter the amount in Riel/Dollars then fill your Bank information ( Bank Name, Account Number, Name ) and tap Send
    7. Check details and tap Confirm
    8. Enter your PIN

  • How To Cash Out?
    1. Tap Send
    2. Tap Cash Out
    3. Enter the amount to cash-out in Riel/Dollar and let the agent scan the QR Code
    4. Handover the equivalent cash to the agent and wait for a while
    5. When transaction is done, you will receive a Notification.

  • How To Cash In?
    1. Tap Cash in
    2. Tap Select Recipient
    3. Select Username or search Username to add to contact
    4. Fill in the amount in Riel/Dollar and tap SEND
    5. Confirm the details and tap CONFIRM
    6. Enter your Pin

  • How to Receive QR Payment?
    1. Tap Receive
    2. Enter the amount to receive in Riel/Dollar and let the customer scan the QR Code.

  • How To Change Mode?

    A. Owner to Cashier

    1. Tap on the Hamburger icon on the top left corner of the homescreen.
    2. Tap Change Mode
    3. Tap Cashier - Cash in
    4. Set Cashier Pin
    5. Re-enter same Pin to Confirm Cashier Pin
    6. Enter Cashier Name and tap Save

    B. Cashier to Owner

    1. Tap on the Hamburger icon on the top left corner of the homescreen.
    2. Tap Change Mode
    3. Tap Owner
    4. Enter your PIN Code.
    5. Now you’re at Owner Mode!

  • If I am a agent, Where do I cash-in or cash-out?

    You can either visit our head office, or head to the nearest Payluy agent or partners.
