  • How to transfer Money​ (Wallet to Non-Wallet​)
    1. Tap Send
    2. Tap Non-Wallet
    3. Enter sender and recipient phone numbers
    4. Enter the amount you want to send
    5. Tap Confirm
    6. Enter your Pin

  • How to Receive money (Wallet to Non-Wallet)?
    1. Slide to the right of the quick actions panel on the homescreen.
    2. Tap Receive​ Payment
    3. Enter the Reference number and the Recipient's Mobile number and tap Search

  • What happens when the non-Payluy user does not cash out money sent?

    The issued “Secret Code” will expire after 7 days. Money will be sent back to the Payluy user’s e-wallet. If sender is a non-Payluy user, he will be informed via SMS to re-collect funds from any of our Agents.

  • How do I transfer money to another Payluy user?
    1. On your Payluy Wallet Homescreen, click “Send” then Tap Payluy Wallet.
    2. Select the recipient from your contacts. If the user is not under your contacts, click on add user and key in the user’s payluy username, phone number, or email address
    3. Alternatively, you can ask the other user to send you his or her wallet QR code. Scan it, and the user will be automatically added to your contact list
    4. Once you have selected the user, enter the amounts you intend to transfer in either KHR or USD
    5. Click send and the other user’s wallet will be instantly receive the amount.
